Ambition is a Horde 25man progression guild on the US-Trollbane server. We work for a competitive environment to give our raiders a great sense of accomplishment. Everyone is expected to achieve their best in themselves when it comes to progression. We are adult oriented with a close knit membership. If you are competitive, friendly and mature then Ambition is a great guild for you.

Loot System:

In Ambition, we use an unbiased loot council based loot system. Consisting of 2 officers and 3 raiders. The way it works is pretty simple:

1. An item drops and is linked in raid warning.
2. People then link the item that they will be replacing.
3. Many times by this point people have passed and the loot has worked itself out, meaning that people have passed to other people based on upgrade and other things, and there is no need for the loot council.
4. If there are multiple people that want the item and it hasn't "worked itself out" the members of the loot council vote (in a private channel) on who they think should get the item. A few things such as rank, performance, attendance, how big of a upgrade, seniority, and what items they have recently received are taken into consideration when the decision is being made.
